  • Chassis to fit a Saberforge lightsaber hilt. This is made to hold a 18650 battery and 28mm speaker which are not included. Has a flat top surface to which to attach a range of boards. We print these to order, often tuning the length to suit your electronics cavity (leaving enough for wires but no 'rattly' gaps). Variety of colours available. Note your preference(s) in the order notes at checkout. No RCP hole, but there is a clever way to fit one on a longer chassis :) It will work with the Premium or Bass speaker

    ## WORKS WITH ANY SABER USING A 2.1MM RECHARGE PORT & SINGLE LI-ION CELL ## This is the charger used to recharge an illuminated saber that has a 2.1mm recharge port in its electronic setup. It has built-in safety functions including overcharging protection and an LED indicator to show when the battery is charging (red) or fully charged (green). It also features 4 interchangeable plug heads that are: Type A (US, Canada, Mexico, Japan, China) Type C (Europe, South America) Type G (UK, Malaysia, Singapore) Type I (Australia, New Zealand) The charger is designed specifically to recharge only 3.7V lithium ion batteries. Technical specifications : Input : 100 – 240VAC 50/60Hz 0.5A (max) Output : 4.2V 0.5A
  • This is the SHORT pin option. The long pin version are the standard choice unless you are installing in hilts with shallow emitters (i.e. thin neck models), where you would want this short pin version. If you are not already using a chassis with a dedicated recess, you will likely need a PCB holder. Kit comes un-assembled. You need to solder your own pins into the PCB. The manual can be found here.
  • This is the LONG pin option. Long pins are the standard choice unless you are installing in hilts with shallow emitters (i.e. thin neck models), where you would want a short pin version. If you are not already using a chassis with a dedicated recess, you will likely need a PCB holder AND a Lens Cover (to better support the pins. Kit comes un-assembled. You need to solder your own pins into the PCB. The manual can be found here.

Supply chain issues have killed off the boutique NZ suppliers and we're having to import from overseas in small quantities via DHL / Fedex (Haz rated services). We prioritize cells for our installs, but occasionally have a spare or two to list from our regular orders. Button top model ideal for soldering. Protected circuit. rated for 15A continuous discharge, making them suitable for NeoPixel installs. Price is per cell. Note: Our protected 18650 stock is usually too long for the single 18650 cell holders we have in stock (due to the extra length added by the protection PCB).
