This is a seriously nice Mandalorian Vibroblade model. Printed in 2x parts, it assembles to 29.5cm in length. We print at 0.15mm layer height and 80% infill (for weight). At that size, it's a swift print of just under 6 hours on the machine. This is a bare plastic print which looks great but would also lend itself to additional cosmetic work.
How it Works
Whilst we're ultra-nerdy enough to run a fine suite of well maintained 3D printers, our CAD skills are a work in progress. We're predominantly a 3D printing service and only charge for machine time, which is usually only NZ$3.00 p.h.! Our little 3D print store is simply an example of some of the items we can print for you from well know sources such as www.ThingiVerse.com. It's a great source of 3D Printer files and we invite you to explore. If you see something you like, just come back to us for a print quote. ThingiVerse designs are covered by a range of different licenses from 'free to do what you want' Creative Commons licenses right through to 'non-commercial' clauses. For anything other than CC, we'll work with you to ensure no distribution licenses are breached (usually by simply asking the designer if we can print the item on your behalf). Easy as that. So if you're looking for a design we don't have listed as an example, just contact us.File Source

Even though the example designs we use fall under Creative Commons, we still like to give credit where credit is due so always endeavour to 'tip' the designer for their work via (for example) the ThingiVerse 'tip designer' feature. We aim for a 10% tip (or the nearest equivalent on the drop-down). If the designer doesn't accept tips, 10% goes to a local charity! -

First off, apologies for the price of cells at the moment. Supply chain issues have killed off the boutique NZ suppliers and we're having to import from overseas in small quantities via DHL / Fedex (Haz rated services). We prioritize cells for our installs, but occasionally have a spare or two to list from our regular orders. Button top model ideal for soldering. Protected circuit. rated for 15A continuous discharge, making them suitable for NeoPixel installs. Price is per cell. Note: Our protected 18650 stock is usually too long for the single 18650 cell holders we have in stock (due to the extra length added by the protection PCB). Chat to us prior to ordering & we'll test fit.

Out of stockAll-in-one STM32L4-based lightsaber electronics. It is small, feature-packed and 100% open source. This board retains all the features from the Teensy based designs, but are smaller and requires less work to put together. These are more advanced boards to use and it is recommended to read the detailed manual before use. Listing includes 1 x Proffieboard v2.2 and 1 x Micro SD Card. This is a new board with rolling updates. Board information and diagrams can be found here. These boards have been improved since the v1.5 and now has:Proffie Boards are both factory & SCF tested and confirmed 100% working prior to packing and shipping. When purchasing and installing a board, the customer does so at their own risk. Refunds will not be made for 'bricked' boards.
- Breadboard compatible, no more tiny soldering pads
- Same size as before (1.3 x 0.7 inches)
- BATT- and GND are bridged by default (the bridge can be cut if desired)
- The components are a little farther away from the soldering pads
- The SD card sticks out more than before, hopefully making it easier to grab.
- FET pulldowns are grouned to BATT-, not GND
- Reverse polarity protection
- Beefier 5v power supply
- Able to completely cut power to the SD card (this *should* make deep sleep possible)
- The SD card power is also available on a pad, which could be used to cut power to bluetooth and displays during deep sleep.
- Uses resistor arrays to cut down on the number of components
- One less pad for neopixel data
- Neopixel LED Strip and Tri Cree LED Support.
- 44/22/11khz Audio.
- Touch Button Support.
- Multiple Blades And Effects With Different Presets For Each.
- Supports Both Monophonic and Polyphonic Sound Fonts
- Can Play Background Music With Other Sounds.
- Many Free Pins That Can Also Be Programmed For Other/Additional Features.
- Supports SmoothSwing! The Most Realistic Motion Algorithm For Sabers To Date!
- BATT+ – 2.6 to 4.5 volt input, drives everything except the LEDs
- BATT- – negative pad for LEDs, needs to be at same level as GND when both are connected. Note that there are two of them, which can be useful when driving many powerful LEDs.
- GND – ground for electronics except LEDs. Note that the two GND pads are interchangable and connected through the board.
- Button 1/2/3 – Hook up to closing buttons, or potentially touch buttons.
- Data 1 / ID – Normally used to measure the blade ID restor, and if it’s a neopixel blade, feed out neopixel data. For a fixed non-neopixel saber, it could be repurposed. Note that this pin has an internal 470 ohm resistor on it, so when hooked up to a neopixel blade, it does not need any resistors.
- Data 2-3 – additional neopixel data outputs, or free for other purposes.
- Data4/Dac – noeopixel data output, free, or audio DAC output
- LED 1-6 – Hooks up to negative side of LED (positive side of LED hooks up directly to battery.) These pads can handle up to 30 volts.
- SD Power – FET-controlled 3.3v. can be used to power down bluetooth and displays in low-power mode.
- SDA, SCL – these pins are used to communicate with the gyro and accelerometer chip.
- 5v – generated by the proffieboard, normally it’s only on when sound is playing.
- 3.3v – generated by the proffieboard.
- SWDIO, SWDCLK – can be hooked up to a ST-LINK device and lets you debug programs running on the proffieboard.

The S3 Saberhold is a custom designed bag specifically made for carrying illuminated sabers safely and conveniently. On the outside, there is a zipper compartment meant for storing blade plugs, hex keys, spare batteries and any other small objects needed for your saber. The Saberhold can be conveniently hand-carried with the handle at the side or could be slung across the shoulder. There is a buckle on each side of the bag for the sling strap to connect to, making it adjustable for a perfect fit no matter which shoulder you prefer to carry the bag with. Moving inside the bag, there are 2 long pockets; each designed to carry a single bladeless illuminated saber hilt and prevent it from getting scratched by other contents in the bag. Multiple blades can be stored in between these pockets and the Saberhold can be extended at the bottom so that a complete saber with a blade may also fit in it. The outer shell of the Saberhold is made from Cordura nylon which is well known for its durability especially against abrasions, tears and scuffs. Right under it is a plush layer of EVA foam padding to protect the illuminated sabers that are stored inside the bag. The sling strap is a 2″ industrial grade safety harness and all zippers & adjuster buckles are YKK. The S3 Saberhold represents a joint collaboration between Sabertrio and Greenroom136. The Rebel Edition features natural brown shades accented with orange stripes that were inspired by a particular pilot uniform. It is an exclusive design to Sabertrio.
