This is a brand new saber expertly installed with carefully selected, complimentary quality components. It is a grade B hilt which means it has small cosmetic flaws. On this hilt, flaws include minor dings on the back edge of the emitter. There may be other smaller cosmetic flaws. This is sold (kinda) un-rectified, but could be touched up with nail polish or paint / pen. I've demonstrated my favourite technique for dealing with powder coat dings, which is simply using a permanent marker dabbed into the chip to simulate carbon scoring. You get that mix of bare metal, black + the original finish. These small cosmetic niggles saves you some serious $$$. The red is difficult to capture, but it's a slightly deeper red than the images portray and is semi-translucent (see through). The images with the white background are more representative than the main image. Should note, that we consider powder coated hilts like this as 'show ponies', unless you're happy to live with the dings just to have a unique saber. Powder coat can chip under impact. It is lovingly installed in-house with factory components. Rather than having to wait the install queue, Ready to Ship sabers are all prepped and ready to go! This is an RGB Baselit Install. The new NeoCree LED strip to Tri Cree RGRb XPE-2 conversion module. These have been designed and produced by Warsabers and ShtokCustomWorx to conveniently allow users to seamlessly convert their neopixel lightsaber builds, that use pogo pin PCB connectors, to an RGB ‘in-hilt’ LED system. -
The ShtokCustomWorx NPXL V3 PCB Lens Cover. This is the lens diffusion cover for the V3 PCB holders. Note that the holder is press fit in. -
ShtokCustomWorx NPXL V3 LED Strip PCB Holder. This is the hilt side and for 1" emitters. It is also designed for the both the long pins AND short pins. Note that, for use with Long pins, you will need to purchase an additional lens cover. This is required for use with the long pin PCB. If you do not use a lens cover when using the long pins PCB you can risk bending or damaging your pins. -
This is the LONG pin option. Long pins are the standard choice unless you are installing in hilts with shallow emitters (i.e. thin neck models), where you would want a short pin version. If you are not already using a chassis with a dedicated recess, you will likely need a PCB holder AND a Lens Cover (to better support the pins. Kit comes un-assembled. You need to solder your own pins into the PCB. The manual can be found here. -

A nice fan made piece. A Star Wars Droid Restraining Bolt. We print the model with a 5.1cm diameter. It's around 4cm high (other sizes on request). At that size, it's around 4 hours on the machine. This is a bare plastic print ready for you to sand, prime and paint. It also has a hole in the bottom for a small 1.0 x 0.5 cm magnet. You can choose between a collar with or without Aurebesh text.
How it Works
Whilst we're ultra-nerdy enough to run a fine suite of well maintained 3D printers, our CAD skills are a work in progress. We're predominantly a 3D printing service and only charge for machine time, which is usually only NZ$3.00 p.h.! Our little 3D print store is simply an example of some of the items we can print for you from well know sources such as www.ThingiVerse.com. It's a great source of 3D Printer files and we invite you to explore. If you see something you like, just come back to us for a print quote. ThingiVerse designs are covered by a range of different licenses from 'free to do what you want' Creative Commons licenses right through to 'non-commercial' clauses. For anything other than CC, we'll work with you to ensure no distribution licenses are breached (usually by simply asking the designer if we can print the item on your behalf). Easy as that.
